This supplementary grant is the continuation of the relationship between CAMcare and the HRSA’s Health Center Cluster grant program, which supports CAMcare’s overall operations and mission of providing high quality care to all families, officials said.
“Every person deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their income-level or whether they are insured,” Norcross said. “CAMcare provides critical services to our community so that no one is left without the care they need, especially in the midst of a deadly pandemic. Community health centers are vital to the well-being of local families, and this funding will support CAMcare’s ability to care for their patients. I applaud the frontline healthcare professionals at CAMcare who continue to improve the lives of so many through their work and have remained reliable and strong throughout this pandemic.”

“Without the help of Congressman Norcross, CAMcare would not have been able to receive the funding needed to help our at-risk community through these trying times,” CAMcare Chief Executive Officer Mark Roberts said.
