Brothers Arrested On Drug, Child Porn Charges After Police Raid
Fentanyl was also found during a search, police said.

PENNSAUKEN, NJ — Two brothers whose home was raided by police last week now face a variety of different charges including possession of child pornography for one to drug possession for the other.
Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer said in a news release that police searched the house of two brothers, both named Luis A. Torres, on a warrant on Jan. 8 after receiving a tip that one person there might have received child pornography.
When police entered the house, 36-year-old Luis A. Torres, the older of the two brothers, fled with a backpack, Mayer said. Authorities searched the bag and the house and found heroin, drug paraphernalia, cash and a safe, authorities said. The safe was searched on a warrant on Tuesday, and fentanyl was found inside.

Luis A. Torres was charged with one count of second-degree possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl over one ounce and one count of third-degree possession of fentanyl, Mayer said.
During the search on Jan. 8, police also found child pornography on a cell phone that belonged to Luis A. Torres, 34, the younger of the brothers, Mayer said. He was processed at Pennsauken Police Department and released pending a court date.
