The Clever House, designed by Louis Kahn, is on the market for under $300,000.

One of the nine houses designed by influential architect Louis Kahn that was constructed is on the market, in Cherry Hill.
The house known as The Clever House is now for sale for $289,900, according to artnet.com.
Located at 417 Sherry Way, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house was built in 1962. It is about 1,700 square feet and sits on less than an acre of land.

The house is being sold as-is, but the only problem is the heater is not working properly, according to the report.
The house was designed for Fred E. and Elaine Cox Clever at the height of his career, according to phillymag.com.

The house was modeled after the recently completed Trenton Bath House, a project that helped defined his artistic voice
Kahn was one of the most influential architects throughout the world in the second half of the 20th century.
He’s a prize-winning architect that attended high school in Philadelphia and college at the University of Pennsylvania.
He designed around two dozen houses, and is primarily known for Yale University Art Gallery and Yale Center for British Art, the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth, Texas, and the National Assembly Building in Dhaka, Bangladesh, among others. His most recently completed structure is Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island in New York City.
