Cherry Hill Hosts Blood Drive Thursday
Donors can give blood at the community center between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Forty-four thousand blood donations are needed every day in the United States, according to the American Red Cross—and Cherry Hill officials are doing their part to help meet that need, hosting a community blood drive Thursday.
The drive will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carman Tilelli Community Center at the municipal complex on Mercer Street.
Donors who haven't given whole blood in the last two months, are at least 110 pounds and 17 years old—or 16 with parental permission—can give blood. Donors should bring a donor card or ID with them.
