Cherry Hill Man Charged With Murder In Easter Shooting: Police
A Cherry Hill man was arrested in Delaware Wednesday night and charged with murder in a fatal Easter morning shooting, police said.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — A Cherry Hill man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a Delaware man in a Cherry Hill apartment complex that took place early Easter morning, authorities announced.
Tymere Brown, 26, was arrested at an apartment in Wilmington, Delaware, Wednesday night, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Cherry Hill Police Chief William “Bud” Monaghan.
He was arrested after multiple witnesses identified him as the man who shot 64-year-old Leopold McKoy, of Bear, Delaware, according to authorities. Read more here: Manhunt Underway After Fatal Shooting In Cherry Hill: Police

No information was immediately available regarding an attorney representing Brown.
Police found McKoy suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 1700 block of Abbey Road at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning. McKoy was pronounced deceased on the scene, police said.

He has been charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and one count of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Brown was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force – Camden Division with assistance from U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force – Wilmington Division. He is currently being held in a detention facility awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
