Cherry Hill Residents Sound Off on Snow Plowing

Winter Storm Jonas brought between two to three feet of snow to New Jersey causing approximately 90,000 power outages and coastal flooding in the southern part of the state.

As of Monday, the State of Emergency has been lifted, power has been restored to most of NJ and bridges and tunnels to New York City have been reopened.

Still, hundreds of New Jersey school districts announced closures and motorists are warned to continue driving with extra caution.

• “People need to be patient. If there’s a state order not to be on the roads, then just relax at home with your family. These guys are only human.”

• “No one plowed the east side of Chapel Avenue. It’s a total mess. At least three inches of snow. It’s a very heavily traveled road. I’m very disappointed.”

• “We’re new to town and couldn’t believe the fast and thorough response in Knollwood section.”
