Cherry Hill Tax Office Reopens As COVID Restrictions Ease
Cherry Hill's Tax Office reopened on Monday as restrictions continued to ease amid the coronavirus pandemic.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — Cherry Hill’s Tax Office reopened on Monday as restrictions continued to ease amid the coronavirus pandemic, Mayor Susan Shin Angulo announced.
“I know we are all relieved to hear the Governor has lifted restrictions on more activities including indoor dining and outdoor gatherings as a result of the continuing downward trend of new COVID cases and hospitalizations and the increase in COVID vaccinations,” Shin Angulo said in an email to the community. “While Town Hall and township municipal services have been fully operational throughout the pandemic, the ongoing decline in Covid-19 cases and relaxation of state restrictions means Cherry Hill Town Hall is now able to open up a little more as well.”
In addition to the reopening of the Tax Office, Shin Angulo said a reopening of in-person services for additional township departments would follow shortly thereafter.

“I’d like to encourage residents and those with business before the township to continue interacting with us virtually and through our drop boxes,” Shin Angulo said. “I know this small step toward a return to normalcy is welcomed by our municipal employees and residents alike. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days and weeks.”
