Cherry Hill Town Hall, Library Opening on Delay Wednesday

Both the Cherry Hill municipal complex and library will open at 11 a.m. Wednesday, thanks to the roughly foot of snow that fell Tuesday into Wednesday.

The delay means Wednesday’s morning court session is canceled, officials said, but afternoon court appearances will be on as scheduled.

Trash and recycling pickup have also been suspended, officials said. Wednesday pickup will be moved to Thursday, and any Thursday pickup that’s delayed will go into Friday, officials said, with crews set to work into Saturday, if necessary.

Anyone who didn’t have trash or recycling picked up Tuesday should leave it at the curb and call public works at 856-424-4422 to pass along contact information and the affected address.

Rec classes at Croft Farm and township schools are also canceled, officials said, but anyone who’s signed up for programs elsewhere should contact those facilities to check on the status of their programs.
