Cherry Hill West Football Team Wins 7th Straight Over East
The Cherry Hill High School West football team downed Cherry Hill East, 19-7, according to nj.com.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — The Cherry Hill High School West football team’s dominance in its crosstown rivalry with Cherry Hill East continued this year.
Cherry Hill West defeated Cherry Hill East, 19-7, in the teams’ annual rivalry game Wednesday night, nj.com reports. It was Cherry Hill West’s seventh straight win over Cherry Hill East.
Junior Joshua Jean-Baptiste, who transferred to Cherry Hill West from Cherry Hill East before the season began, scored on a 50-yard touchdown run and a 70-yard touchdown catch in the win. He played for Cherry Hill East the past two years.

Nick Arcaroli threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Hakim Melvin for the Lions’ other score. Khalil Harden scored the Cougars’ only touchdown on a 5-yard run after defensive lineman Juwon Park picked off a Lions’ pass in the second quarter.
Cherry Hill West finished the season with a record of 6-4. Cherry Hill East fell to 2-8.
