Cherry Hill Mall: Normal hours Wednesday—10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Trash and recycling: Resumes a normal schedule Wednesday. Residents who normally get trash and recycling pickup Monday and Tuesday will be collected next week.

Leaf pickup: Leaves should be separated and bagged or placed in an open-topped container. Limbs and branches up to four feet long and 50 pounds can be left at the curb for pickup, but anything larger is the homeowner's responsibility.

Halloween trick-or-treating: Moved to Friday, with recommended hours between 3 and 7 p.m.

Municipal Court: Canceled Tuesday. No penalties will be assessed on fines due Tuesday.

Power outages: Report to PSE&G at 1-800-436-7734. There are no specific timetables for power being restored, though the utility company has said all customers in the state will be back by Nov. 5.
