Chick-fil-A To Hire About 150 For New Camden County Restaurant
The new restaurant will open on Route 73 in West Berlin in November.

WEST BERLIN, NJ — Chick-fil-A will open a new restaurant in South Jersey next month, and it is looking to hire about 150 new team members.
South Jersey resident Mike Lutz will be the franchise owner of Chick-fil-A’s first West Berlin restaurant at 244 North Route 73, which will open in November, the company announced. No specific date was provided.
Lutz is filling full-time and part-time positions day and evening shifts in all areas of the restaurant, including leadership development, hospitality, catering, and training.

Each position will include benefits such as scholarships for continuing education. Chick-fil-A said it also offers Sundays off, flexible schedules, and a family atmosphere.
Chick-fil-A Team Members are eligible for the chain’s initiative, Remarkable Futures, which provides $15.34 million in annual scholarships. Ranging from $2,500 to $25,000, the scholarships are based on leadership, community involvement and academic achievement.
