We provide extensive sales training throughout our onboarding process, which helps build experience and confidence.
You’ll also be learning about the wireless industry and sales. Your focus will be on selling wireless phones, services, and accessories.

Our Sales Representative Description:
Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers
Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations
Perform daily opening and closing procedures
Assist in maintaining store appearance
Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store

Responsibilities:
Performs and provides consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Ensures audit-compliant based according to standards
Ensures effective and efficient store operations
Implement the Nexgen Mobile policy, processes and procedures
Must be available to meet the needs of retail business hours

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 2 years of retail experience
2 years of retail experience
Sales experience
Work varied shifts and weekend
High energy with a positively inviting personality is a PLUS!
