Dog Goes Missing in Pennypacker Park
Griswold, a pit bull terrier mix, is missing after being struck by a car.
The owners of an injured and lost dog are asking for help trying to find the pup, who was last seen around Hopkins Pond in Haddonfield early Friday afternoon.
Griswold, a tan-and-white pit bull terrier mix, got loose when his leash broke on a walk near the Waterford Apartments, and was clipped by a car on Park Boulevard. His tags were knocked off when he was hit, but he was still wearing a plain blue collar and a Sixers collar.
Posts on the City of Elderly Love's Facebook page late Thursday night and Friday morning indicated Griswold, who is microchipped and has a distinctive spot pattern on the top of his head, had been seen around the area of Pennypacker Park.
