Double Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Injured In Camden County
The double shooting happened around 9:45 a.m. on Friday along the 1100 block of Baring Street, investigators said.
CAMDEN, NJ — Police are actively investigating a double shooting in Camden County that left one person dead and another person injured Friday morning.
According to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, police responded to the 1100 block of Baring Street around 9:45 a.m. When they arrived, they located the victim, Darrell Lopez, 31, of Camden, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Lopez was transported to an area hospital where he died from his wounds, investigators said.

A second victim, a 50-year-old Black man arrived a short time later at an area hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound, authorities said.
Investigators have not said what the circumstances were that led up to the shooting or if they have identified any suspects or persons of interest.
