Evesham Road In Cherry Hill To Close For Emergency Drainage Work

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Evesham Road will be closed Thursday night in Cherry Hill and Voorhees due to emergency drainage repair work, Camden County officials announced.

Evesham Road will be fully closed at Springdale Road/White Horse Road from 8 p.m. Thursday through 5 a.m. Friday morning. There will be a posted detour route.

“Please allow yourself extra time to reach your destination and remain alert if your route includes Evesham Road tonight,” Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, said. “Any time a project requires the full closure of a roadway you can expect sudden stops, new traffic patterns, and other changing conditions.”

Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
