Fugitive Caught in Cherry Hill, Authorities Say
James Hess was wanted for allegedly committing fraud.

A Washington Township man wanted on a fraud charge was arrested last week at Kennedy University Hospital in Cherry Hill, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said.
James Hess, 45, of Washington Township, was arrested while undergoing treatment at the hospital and charged in a scheme to defraud a doctor's office where he'd work, authorities said.
Hess was charged with writing more than $13,000 in fake checks to himself on behalf of his employer, Family Practice Associates at Washington.
His bail was set at $25,000.
