New Cherry Hill Fire Commissioners Sworn In

Cherry Hill’s fire commissioners welcomed two new members and chose new leadership Thursday night, as part of the annual reorganization meeting.

New commissioners Hugh “Skip” Gibson—a former Cherry Hill firefighter and chief fire marshal himself—and Kellie Montana joined the board officially, having won handily in last month’s fire election.

Joyce Walker was chosen as the new board chair, William P. Kelly was voted treasurer and Robert A. Campagna was elected secretary and board clerk. Walker and Kelly replaced former chair John D. Vaughan Jr. and former treasurer Howard H. Margulies, who both lost re-election bids.
