Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical, JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It’s a “big bright beautiful

world” as everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.

Two casts will present Shrek The Musical, JR. Aug. 1, 2018, at 10 a.m.; Aug. 2 at 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.; Aug. 3 at 7:30 p.m.; and Aug. 4 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Reserved tickets for all performances are $10, and are available at www.voorheestheatre.org. Voorhees Middle School is located at 1000 Holly Oak Drive in Voorhees. Contact info. 856-206-3554
