These Factors Matter Most When Finding Your Dream Apartment

Three residents share what they love most about living at Inwood at Renaissance Square

As renters continue to weigh preferences for the ideal living experience, the closeness of city life is being traded for the comforts of the suburbs. But while the pandemic has undoubtedly accelerated this shift, there are several key factors that still matter most when people are apartment hunting. We spoke with three residents of Inwood at Renaissance Square, a new apartment community set within the prestigious Marlton neighborhood, and they shared with us what key features attracted them to the property.

Proximity to Family & Friends
“I looked at a lot of different properties in the Marlton area, but none stood out like Inwood at Renaissance Square,” said Mike Busarello, one of the first residents to move into Inwood last August. “I knew the community was in a central location since I drive by here all the time to drop off my kids and the fact that it is accessible to everything in town was also appealing,” Busarello continued.

The community is just a short drive from a wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment options, while still being in close proximity to the highly ranked Evesham Township School District.

Another Inwood resident, Cheryl, was already familiar with the area as she works in Cherry Hill and commuted from her home in Washington Township, but she was looking for a new experience. “I wanted to be a part of a vibrant community while still being close to my family,” said Cheryl. “It’s a treasure that my granddaughter works within walking distance of my apartment, especially during these trying times,” she continued.

Convenience & Accessibility
Located at 111 Route 70 East, Inwood at Renaissance Square provides easy access to major thoroughfares and is just a short ride to The Promenade at Sagemore, Marlton Square and Marlton Crossing.

“While the location in Marlton itself is great, I really appreciate the proximity to major highways,” said Ron Martignoni, another Inwood resident who moved to the property last August. “It’s the best of both worlds. You can hop on Route 73 and head to Philadelphia, or Route 30 and drive to the shore,” Martignoni continued.

Busarello added: “The Promenade is right down the street for shopping and great restaurants — everything from places like Chick-fil-A and Shake Shack for quick bites to eat or upscale dining — everything is within a close radius.”

Ample Amenities
Another appeal of Inwood at Renaissance Square is its amenities package, which includes: a resort-style pool surrounded by lounge chairs; a poolside dining area featuring grills, a big-screen TV and an outdoor fireplace; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a golf lounge and wide-screen simulator; and a resident clubhouse with a cozy indoor fireplace. Inwood’s soon-to-be-unveiled public park that will feature a children’s playground, dog run and walking paths.

“I use the fitness center daily. It was the perk I was most interested in, since most on-site gyms are congested, which is not the case at Inwood,” said Busarello. “The gym’s spacious layout and amount of equipment available had me sold.”

Cheryl added: “The golf simulator is a really nice touch and whenever my grandson comes to visit, he always loves checking that out.”

Inwood at Renaissance Square also features breakout spaces that are perfect for working or studying, all outfitted with modern furnishings.

Access to Outdoor Space
In addition to Inwood’s prime location and amenities, the outdoor walking paths in-front of the complex have been cited as another favorite feature among residents.

Martignoni said, “The walking paths have been a surprising pleasure of mine. Sometimes it’s so quiet outside that I almost forget how close I am to main highways.”

For anyone thinking of moving, Cheryl shared these words of wisdom, “It’s a beautiful place to live — very friendly and quiet. You never know what tomorrow holds, so you just have to go for it.”
