Two Mental Health Agencies in Burlington County to Merge

The Drenk Center and The Children's Home will merge to provide mental health care

Two social service agencies in Burlington County have announced plans to merge and will continue to provide mental health care and other services, according to a story posted on courierpostonline.com.

The Drenk Center and The Children’s Home, once combined, will provide “a seamless continuum of care” for children and adults with mental health needs, a spokesman said Tuesday.

The merged agency, to be called Legacy Treatment Services, will employ more than 700 people. No layoffs are planned, said Roy Leitstein, a Children’s Home executive who will be the merged agency’s CEO.
