Woman, 71, Killed While Crossing Kings Highway In Cherry Hill: PD
It is the second pedestrian fatality in Cherry Hill in two months.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — A 71-year-old woman was killed while crossing Kings Highway in Cherry Hill Friday night, according to police.
She was crossing the highway on foot when she was struck by a driver heading south in the area of the Big Event bowling alley in the Ellisburg Shopping Circle, according to Cherry Hill police.
The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with police. Any witnesses are asked to call or email Officer Ed DiMattia at edimattia@cherryhillpolice.com.

Police didn't identify the woman. It is the second fatal accident involving a pedestrian in Cherry Hill this year. A woman was killed while she was crossing Route 38 near the Cherry Hill Mall in January.
