Jon D. Padula, 22, of the unit block of Willis Avenue in Pennsauken, was trying to leave a home in the unit block of St. Davids Road when the homeowner confronted him, police said, leading to a fight, during which Padula allegedly threatened to stab the homeowner with a screwdriver.
