The first was the Lippincott family which lived there from 1802 to about 1950.
Then Walter Read and his family lived there from 1950 to 1999, and the current owners have lived there since then.

The current owners have done a fair amount of work including a new roof, new full bath added, hardwood floors refinished, wallpapers, replaced porch, installed central a/c etc.
Features include: 5 outbuildings, a carriage house, a barn, a milk house (office), a smokehouse (now a garden shed) and an ice house.
It sits on an unusual lot.
The front yard is a 2.7 acre Cinnaminson lot, the backyard is a 2.5 acre Moorestown lot. In addition there are approximately 2 more acres of land that are owned by the two townships, but part of the back yard, maintained by current owners, with no access by other houses or lots.
