1 Car Stolen, 3 Burglarized In Clark
Five businesses in the township were also damaged, according to the Clark Police blotter.
CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported a number of car burglaries and damages to township businesses recently.
Clark Police Blotter:
On June 1 at 10:29 a.m.: Police took reports of criminal mischief to two businesses on Westfield Avenue. Police Officer Ted McKeown was the investigating officer.

On June 1 at 11:44 a.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a business on Raritan Road. Police Officer Ted McKeown was the investigating officer.
On June 1 at 1:17 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Daniel Pappas, 31, of Rahway, for criminal mischief and theft. He was also detained on outstanding warrants, totaling $1,000, from Linden for contempt of court. He was subsequently released on the Clark charges pending a court date. Det. Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On June 1 at 9:31 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested a 63-year-old man from Westfield for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.
On June 1 at 1:47 p.m.: Police took reports of criminal mischief to two businesses on Raritan Road. Police Officer Mazhar Elwardany was the investigating officer.
On June 2 at 11:06 p.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Poplar Terrace. Police Officer Brandon Pitts was the investigating officer.
On June 3 at 12:29 p.m.: Police took a report of burglaries to two vehicles that were parked at a residence on James Avenue. Police Officer Mazhar Elwardany was the investigating officer.
On June 4 at 7:02 p.m.: Police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle that was removed from a
residence on Oak Ridge Road. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the investigating officer.
On June 7 at 1:16 a.m.: In the vicinity of Delia Terrace, police arrested a 32-year-old man from Union, for possession of CDS, possession of CDS paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.
