3 Easter Events Planned In Garwood

GARWOOD, NJ — The Garwood Celebrations Committee is hosting three Easter-related events on Saturday.

Garwood Eggscavenger Hunt

The first-ever "Easter Eggscavenger Hunt" will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Children from all ages will have the opportunity to tour Garwood to hunt for eggs and there will also be special golden eggs for a chance to win cool prizes.

Along with eggs, there will be crafts and raffles. There is no need to sign up for the hunt and a map of participating homes will be released at facebook.com/GarwoodBorough.

Spring Photo Mini Sessions

Garwood Celebrations Committee is partnering with DeHanes Photography to bring Garwood residents a photo session.

Attendees will be greeted with a beautiful and vibrant spring outdoor set featuring Spring elements as well as a natural background.

Each ticket is valid for one professional mini session for a family, individual or couple (Up to 6 people). Each mini session will take about 10 minutes, and you'll be able to have three different poses.

Easter Bunny "Drive-Around" 2021

The Garwood Easter Bunny "Drive-Around" will take place on Saturday starting at 10 a.m.

All Garwood residents are invited to come out and wave to the Easter Bunny as the Garwood Fire Department drives him around the town. Waves are encouraged from all as the bunny will not have a chance to stop and greet everyone.
