4 Charged With Driving Under The Influence In Clark

Clark Police also reported criminal mischief and theft last week.

CLARK, NJ — Four people were charged with driving under the influence recently in Clark.

Clark Police blotter:

On March 30 at 11:06 p.m.: In the vicinity of Suburban Road, police arrested a 41-year-old man of Newark for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On April 3 at 9:59 p.m.: In the vicinity of Madison Hill Road, police arrested a 49-year-old man from Clark for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Tom Gucwa was the arresting officer.

On April 4 at 3:30 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested a 40-year-old man from Colonia for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Michael
Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On April 4 at 12:49 p.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was
parked at a residence on Gibson Boulevard. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Andrew Medeiros was the investigating officer.

On April 4 at 6:03 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested a 20-year-old man from Scotch Plains for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On April 5 at 12:16 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of a purse from a patron of the Marshall’s
Department Store at 77 Central Ave. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the investigating officer.
