Bubbakoo's Burritos Opens Monday In Clark

CLARK, NJ — Bubbakoo's Burritos, a build-your-own-burrito concept franchise, is opening its Clark location for curbside pickup and delivery on Monday.

Bubbakoo's Burritos at 301 Central Ave. in Clark is owned by Jalpesh Chokshi, who formally ran BurgerIM at the same location.

The menu offers six different entrée items including burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, chiwawa, nachos the works, or taco salad. Customers then choose a protein and toppings, including eight exclusive Bubbakoo's sauces, to customize each meal.

Additionally, every Bubbakoo's location participates in a program called "Read It To Eat It", where they work with local schools to provide free meals to students for continuing education. Many locations also work with local organizations and sports teams to host fundraising events.
