The Clark Memorial Day has been enhanced this year to include classic cars, animals, stilt-walkers, children's characters and Clark's David Toma as Grand Marshal. The parade starts at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 31 at Nassau Street, then travels down Westfield Avenue to Arthur L. Johnson High School for a short ceremony honoring Clark's Fallen Heroes.
Parade Chairman and Director of Clark Recreation, Ralph Bernardo is hoping the community turns out to see all the new features added to this year's parade. "We have added so many things to appeal to the youngest and oldest members of each family, I really want to encourage those residents that are home on Memorial Day or haven't attended a parade in years, to come and experience it." said Bernardo. "It's not only a chance to enjoy a parade, but an opportunity to honor members of our Clark community that died protecting us."
