The Clark Memorial Day has been enhanced this year to include classic cars, animals, stilt-walkers, children's characters and more.
CLARK, NJ — After more than a year of holiday and festival cancellations due to the coronavirus pandemic, Clark's Annual Memorial Day parade is returning bigger than ever.
The celebration will include classic cars, animals, stilt-walkers, children's characters and Clark's David Toma as Grand Marshal.
The parade starts at 9:30 a.m. on Monday at Nassau Street, then travels down Westfield Avenue to Arthur L. Johnson High School for a short ceremony honoring Clark's Fallen Heroes.

"We have added so many things to appeal to the youngest and oldest members of each family, I really want to encourage those residents that are home on Memorial Day or haven't attended a parade in years, to come and experience it," said Parade Chairman and Director of Clark Recreation, Ralph Bernardo. "It's not only a chance to enjoy a parade, but an opportunity to honor members of our Clark community that died protecting us."
Residents are welcome to bring a chair, camera, the family, neighbors and friends and enjoy.
