CLARK, NJ — A woman from Clark was arrested last Friday and charged with drunk driving after incessantly honking her car horn, police said.
The woman, Janet Tung, 41, first caught the attention of officer Tyrone Huggins at around 6 p.m. while driving in bumper-to-bumper traffic in Hoboken, close to 2n and Garden street continuously honking. Huggins gave her a verbal warning but she did not stop.
Huggins approached Tung signaling again for her to stop improperly using the horn. Because of traffic, the driver did not go far and eventually came to a stop at 127 Garden Street.
