Clark's Blaze Pizza To Host Fundraiser Friday

CLARK, NJ — Blaze Pizza's seven New Jersey locations, including in Clark, will host a one-day, statewide fundraising event on Friday in support of the American Cancer Society (ACS).

All seven restaurants will donate 20 percent of proceeds back to the organization which supports cancer patients and their families throughout the state.

The Paramus, Clark, and Bridgewater locations will also have the Blaze Pizza Wheel of Fire onsite from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. In exchange for donations, guests will be encouraged to “spin to win” various Blaze Pizza prizes.

ACS works daily to attack cancer from every angle by funding cancer research and providing patients free rides to treatment, a live 24/7 helpline, and free lodging near hospitals.

“We knew we wanted to do something special for our first statewide philanthropic effort,” said Jordan McMeen, Marketing Coordinator for AMPAL Group, the franchisee for Blaze Pizza in central and northern New Jersey. “I don’t know one person that has not been impacted by cancer, so supporting cancer research, support and development is something we can all get behind.”

New Jersey Blaze Pizza locations and Friday hours are as follows:

• Bridgewater: 316 Chimney Rock Rd. 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Clark: 1255 Raritan Rd., 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Paramus: 65 Route 4 West, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Livingston: 280 Eisenhower Parkway, 111 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Newark: 691 Broad St., 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Teterboro: 5 Teterboro Landing Dr., 11:00am – 11 p.m.
• Wayne: 1400 Willowbrook Mall, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The fundraiser applies to in-restaurant orders only and is not valid with app, online, phone or delivery orders.
