CLARK, NJ – Lisa Apuzzio has officially earned her bragging rights in town after winning Clark’s “Name Our Newsletter” Contest. While creating the premiere edition of our electronic newsletter, the Township reached out to the community for help naming the new periodical.
Over 80 people entered the contest producing over 150 names. One of Apuzzio’s suggestions, hit a note with the staff. The newsletter is officially being called Our Clark… Hometown News.

“It’s perfect,” said Mayor Salvatore Bonaccorso. “It’s short, sweet and sums it up because the newsletter is all about our town and it goes well with the name of the town’s website, ourclark.com.”
Apuzzio, a Clark native, was declared the winner and received a $50 VISA gift card for her submission.
Our Clark…Hometown News will be delivered to residents via email. Those wishing to sign up for the electronic newsletter should go to www.ourclark.com/notifyme and enter an email address and select “news flash” by Thursday, May 13.
