Crazy Long Line As Fans Hope To Win Free Moe's For 1 Year: Video

GARWOOD, NJ — A crazy amount of people, some equipped with lawn chairs, have lined up at Moe's Southwest Grill's new Garwood location for a chance to win free Moe's for a year on Thursday.

The line was wrapped around the entire shopping center as Moe's fans awaited the opening. See the line below:

The location at 315 North Ave. in Garwood opened on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 11 a.m. During the grand opening celebration the first 100 fans through the line will get free Moe's for a year. The Free Moe's for a year prize entitles each winner to one Moe's entrée per week for a year at this Moe's location.

Opening day also features $5 burritos or bowls as well as prizes and giveaway items.

The new Moe's location in Garwood features the updated brand design which includes patterns, textures and colors all inspired by the Southwest region of the United States. A pick-up station for online ordering and third-party delivery is also included.

The Garwood location will be the third in Union County, including already existing locations in Linden and the Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth.

The new restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information, visit www.moes.com or call 908-232-4310.
