Former Linden Judge Nominated For Union County Prosecutor

The position became open after Acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo was appointed as the next Director of Criminal Justice.

UNION COUNTY, NJ — Superior Court Judge Willam A. Daniel was nominated to be the next Union County Prosecutor, according to Senator Joseph Cryan's office.

The position became open after Acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo was appointed as the next Director of the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ), effective July 12. Read More: Union County Prosecutor Named As NJ's Criminal Justice Director

Daniel was first appointed to the Superior Court in 2003 and reappointed in 2010. He had previously served as a municipal court judge in Linden. He has a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
