No Surprises In Garwood Borough Council Primary Election
There was no primary race in Clark for 2021.

GARWOOD, NJ — The polls are closed and the unofficial votes for the uncontested Garwood Borough Council Primary Election have been tallied.
There were four candidates, two Republicans and two Democrats, vying for the two three-year Garwood Borough Council seats.

Here are the real-time unofficial results for Garwood Borough Council, according to Union County (* mark incumbents):
- Sean Benoit* - Democrat - 154
- Michael Ince* - Democrat - 155
- Heather Loffredo - Republican - 165
- Kimberly Salmon - Republican - 167
There is no race in Clark this year.

All four candidates will now run for the two Garwood Borough Council seats in the general election on Nov. 2. Currently, the entire Garwood Mayor and Council is made up of Democrats.
