CLARK/GARWOOD, NJ — Wintry weather continues in Clark and Garwood with freezing temperatures and black ice on Monday after more snow fell on Sunday.

The highest recorded accumulates was in Westwood in Bergen County, where 9.1 inches was measured. Union County wasn't far behind Westwood.
