How Much Snow Has Fallen So Far In Union County? See Totals

UNION COUNTY, NJ — This winter storm was definitely a whopper for the Union County area bringing down more than a foot of snow. And more snow is still coming down on Tuesday.
The highest recorded accumulation so far is in Montague in Sussex County, where 33.2 inches was measured just after 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
Here are the snow totals as of 7 a.m. Tuesday, as reported by the National Weather Service:

- Berkeley Heights - 19 inches, 5:10 p.m. Monday
- Newark Airport - 18.2 inches, 7 a.m. Wednesday
- Elizabeth - 17.8 inches, 7:50 p.m. Monday
- Garwood - 17.5 inches, 7:55 a.m. Tuesday
- Westfield - 17.2 inches, 4 p.m. Monday
- Plainfield - 15 inches, 1:35 p.m. Monday
