The Mills At Jersey Gardens Will Close For Thanksgiving 2020
Simon Properties, the operator for the Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, said they will not be opening at all on the holiday.
ELIZABETH, NJ — Those who were looking to get a jump on holiday shopping after packing away the turkey and stuffing will have more time to digest as Simon Malls, which operates the Mills at Jersey Gardens, won't be opening on Thanksgiving Day this year.
"In these challenging times, we made the decision that we will not open on Thanksgiving Day, instead allowing our associates to spend the holiday with their loved ones," said David Simon, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Simon.
Along with the Mills at Jersey Gardens, Simon, the largest mall operator in the nation, will also close its other 11 locations in New Jersey. The Mills at Jersey Gardens is located at 651 Kapkowski Road in Elizabeth.

Simon properties will be open on Black Friday, the company confirmed.
