Missing Senior Located, Garwood Police Say

Garwood Police have located Lillian Tung, 82, who was reported missing earlier tonight.

According to Garwood Police Capt. Doug Stoffer, Tung's daughter originally reported her missing. After an investigation, police discovered that Tung was picked up from the Garwood McDonald's, where she was last seen, by another family member from New York and taken to that person's home in Suffolk County, New York.

Police had sent out the following alert via Nixle and Union County First Alert:

Garwood Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: 

Lillian Tung, Asian Female 5 foot 3 inches 115 pounds, Age 82, Last seen wearing a purple sweater, and blue jeans, she has salt and pepper hair. 

Last seen: At the Garwood McDonalds 216 North Ave Garwood, victim left on foot.
