New Skate Park To Open In Union County Thursday
A new skate park will be opening at Union County's Mattano Park in Elizabeth on Thursday.
ELIZABETH, NJ — A new skate park will be opening at Union County’s Mattano Park in Elizabeth on Thursday.
The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders will host ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 8 to mark the opening at 1:15 p.m.
The new skate park is the latest in a recent series of upgrades in Mattano Park, including new turf athletic fields, a new sprinkler playground, and the County’s first playground created for children with special needs.
