Calling All Artists: Apply Now for Art Within Reach's Holiday Show in Collingswood

Art Within Reach is now accepting artist applications for its Holiday 2015 show at The Factory in Collingswood on Dec. 11-12. Slots are open for 30 artists.

Applications are due by Friday, Aug. 28, and acceptance letters will be sent out on Sept. 11. Artist fees are $125, and are due Friday, Sept. 25.

All work must be handmade by the artist. No assembled kits, resale, or other third-party representation.

Each space is to showcase a single artist. Artist teams are considered only if the works presented are collaborative pieces or a cohesive collection, not simply an assembly of multiple individuals’ separate works.

Artist spaces are 10 feet in length and 3 feet in depth.

This is an all-indoor, all-weather event.

Art Within Reach has teamed with The Factory to show in their space, a repurposed 1920s neoclassical movie theater transformed into a wood and metal-working maker space and business incubator studios.

Art is interspersed among the heavy machinery throughout the shop floor for a funky and unique atmosphere and shopping experience.
