Camden County Rite Aids To Offer Free Coronavirus Testing

Nine Rite Aids in Camden County will offer free drive-thru testing for the coronavirus starting Friday.

CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — Nine Rite Aids in Camden County will offer free drive-thru testing for the coronavirus starting Friday, the company announced on Thursday.

In New Jersey, 38 additional Rite Aid Pharmacies will begin testing for the coronavirus on Friday, the company announced on Thursday. New drive-thru testing sites will be set up at the following locations in Camden County:

  • 249 CUTHBERT BOULEVARD, OAKLYN;
  • 480 CENTENNIAL BOULEVARD, VOORHEES;
  • 375 WHITE HORSE PIKE, ATCO;
  • 100 WARWICK ROAD, STRATFORD;
  • 186 SOUTH WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN;
  • 1492 CHEWS LANDING ROAD, LAUREL SPRINGS;
  • 111 ROUTE 73, VOORHEES;
  • 1509 ROUTE 38, CHERRY HILL; and
  • 677 CROSS KEYS ROAD, SICKLERVILLE.

The store will offer free, self-swab nasal tests overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists for anyone ages 4 and up, whether they are experiencing symptoms or not. Drive-up testing will be available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customers are required to pre-register online at www.riteaid.com in order to schedule a time slot for testing. Customers ages 4-17 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to get tested. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must be in attendance and bring their photo ID to the testing appointment with the minor.

Rite Aid partners with Verily and its Baseline COVID-19 Testing Program to provide screening, scheduling and return of results to participants for Rite Aid testing sites.
