Chef, 2 Restaurants From Collingswood Nominated For Garden State Culinary Arts Awards
The Garden State Culinary Arts Awards announced their nominees on Monday.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — Two restaurants and a chef from Collingswood have been nominated for Garden State Culinary Arts awards.
Indeblue is up for the prestigious Best Restaurant Award, the Garden State Culinary Arts Awards announced on Monday.
Nominees are restaurants open for at least five years in New Jersey that display overall excellence and consistency of quality in food, atmosphere and service, and has set high standards in the industry.

Joseph Baldino, the Head Chef at Zeppoli, has been nominated for the Outstanding Chef award.
Nominees are chefs who have been working in a professional capacity in New Jersey for at least five consecutive years, whose accomplishments have served to inspire, educate and set standards in both the state and the industry. He is one of 10 chefs nominated for this year’s award.

The Pop Shop has been nominated for the Best Casual Restaurant Award.
Nominees are informal, moderately priced, independently owned eateries with high-quality food that reflects the character of New Jersey and/or its surrounding community. They must have been in operation for at least five years.
The winners will be selected by 100 independent judges, including journalist, food writers, cookbook authors and other experts. Finalists will be announced in April, and winners will be announced in May.
