Collingswood Calendar: Schools Re-Open Thursday

There aren't many items on the borough agenda for the final week of December, but there are a couple of dates worth mentioning.

Thursday, January 2, after you've cleaned up the New Year's party, it's time to send the kids back to class, as the Collingswood school district returns to action for a couple days in advance of Monday's Board of Education re-organization.

Thursday is also the day for the January First Thursday Jazz concert. Starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Collingswood Community Center, you can hear the Elliott Levin Quartet for just $10 ($5 for students). The show is B.Y.O.B., and admission includes free soft drinks.
