Collingswood High School Baseball Team Qualifies for Playoffs

Collingswood, NJ -- The Collingswood High School baseball team has a tall task ahead of it, but it’s still in the running for a South Jersey title.

The Panthers are the No. 14 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoffs, according to the bracket posted on nj.com on Thursday.

Collingswood (5-15) visits No. 3 Cedar Creek (13-4) in the first round on Monday, May 23. The winner faces the winner of the game between No. 6 Cinnaminson and No. 11 Sterling on May 25.

The semifinals are set for May 31. The final is scheduled for June 3.

Collingswood holds victories over Palmyra, Camden, Overbrook, Paulsboro and New Egypt this season.
