Collingswood Households Make More Than National Average
Collingswood homes make less than the state average, though.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ - The average household in Collingswood makes less than the average income recorded for the state of New Jersey, according to data released by the Census last week. However, Collingswood residents on average make much more than the national average.
The 2013-2017 American Community Survey issued by the Census last week disclosed a mountain of data, including how much household income is reported in each New Jersey community.
The average household in Collingswood makes $64,885 a year, according to the report. The statewide median household income is $76,475, and the nationwide median is $57,652.

Millburn topped the list of New Jersey towns with a median household income of $202,862. Salem had the lowest median household income at $25,171. Atlantic City, otherwise known as “America's Playground,” had the second-lowest median household income at $26,006.
