A Collingswood man who was found in a crashed car in Camden over the weekend has died after being shot multiple times, authorities said.
COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A Collingswood man who was found in a crashed car in Camden over the weekend has died after being shot multiple times, according to authorities.
Camden County police found 24-year-old Michael Giancola inside a car that had crashed into a pole on the 1800 block of 6th Street early Saturday morning, authorities said.
Giancola had been shot multiple times, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, according to authorities. Police said they found Giancola while responding to a ShotSpotter Activation in the area at about 6 a.m.
