Collingswood Police Participating In No-Shave November
Police are helping a Pemberton law enforcement officer who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — Officers with the Collingswood Police Department will grow their facial hair for a cause. Collingswood police are participating in No-Shave November to raise funds for battling cancer.
This year, the Collingswood Police Officers Association will be donating all monetary donations to help fellow law enforcement officer, Carmelo Sorce of the Pemberton Boro Police Department, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
To participate officers have to raise a minimum of $25. The police department’s grooming policy will be back in effect Dec. 1.
