Man Dies After Being Struck By Train In Collingswood: Police

A man was hit by a train at the Collingswood PATCO Friday morning, according to police.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — Police are investigating after a man was hit by a train at the Collingswood PATCO train station early Friday morning, authorities announced.

The man, who was not identified, was struck at about 8 a.m. Friday morning, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.

Service was suspended for about an hour Friday morning, NJ Pen reports.

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Police Department, Collingswood Police Department and Camden County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating the incident.
