The Park View Is Back In Collingswood: Report

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — The Park View is back in Collingswood.

The apartment complex that formerly went by that name at the corner of the White Horse Pike and Collings Avenue will be called “Parkview at Collingswood” under its new owners, njpen.com reports. In the interim, the complex was known as Sutton Towers and the Heights of Collingswood.

But beyond changing the name, new owner Morgan Properties recognizes the need to improve both parking and security at the complex. The complex is big, but Mayor Jim Maley told the website he’s encouraged by the King of Prussia-based company’s sterling reputation.
